Once you load up your game you should have a new Caravan Distress Call to listen to on your radio. If it’s not showing up then try restarting the game and/or whatever you’re playing on. If it’s installed properly it’ll be listed as an add-on in the game’s home screen menu.
Sadly if you bought the DLC season pass Automatron won’t have automatically downloaded, so you have to do that manually.
